We are one of the largest manufacturers of "Perforated Metals & Screens" in India having our manufacturing facilities in the state of Gujarat. Our plant is situated in Baroda which is the industrial back bone of Gujarat. Our installed equipments of NC Controlled perforating machine & other conventional perforating machines. Apart from this, we are equipped to design & manufacture perforating tools for various applications.

PRODUCT
Perforated Metals are manufactured from Ferrous/Non Ferrous/ Stainless Steel/CRCA/Brass/Aluminium / Copper/ Plastics etc. Normally perforating process is carried out on sheets and plates. However these are also available in Strips and Coils.

We also manufacture perforated and ladder type of cable trays in various configurations

CAPACITY
We are currently capable of perforating metals from 1.00mm to 10.00mm thickness. The maximum size of sheets & plates we are able to perforate is 1500mm x 4000mm subject to limitations.

PROCESS
Perforated Metals are manufactured on high speed automatic perforating machines with the help of perforating tools. For Perforating sheet thickness up to 2.00mm perforating across the width is carried out while for thickness above 2.00mm normally perforating is carried out in rows across the length. We are equipped to carry out both these processes. In addition to this, we also undertake post-perforating process like re-shearing / straightening / notching / forming etc.

FINISH
In case of applications where special finish like electroplating/powder-coating/anodizing is required the same can be provided at additional cost.

Perforated Metals are widely used in various process industries like food, cement, textiles, paper, automation, aviation, ship building etc.
